Business (and all human endeavour) is about relationships. It always has been. The internet doesn’t change that. Business is not about strategic planning – that’s just roughing out the map to where you would like to arrive.
Every good thing that has happened to me has been as a result of being in the right relationship. Every good business venture, every opportunity, every kick in the pants challenging me to lift my game; all have come as a result of having an amazing person in my life.
Conversely, many of the problems in my life are a direct result of letting the wrong people in.
Great relationships = a great life, ergo only let wonderful people into your inner circle. That’s a no-brainer.
