I have worked with lots of successful people. They all have one thing in common:
They find what they’re great at, genius at, and they figure out a way to spend most of their time doing that thing and avoid the things they are only ok or bad at.
Warren Buffet – spends his days poring through company financials. He tried operation management once early in his career and was dismal.
Michael Jordan – playing basketball – he couldn’t even switch sports successfully.
Bob Dylan – if singer/songwriter had not been available to him, surely he would have been homeless. Can you imagine Dylan surviving as a Walmart greeter?
